   What we collect

   We collect two kinds of data: what you send us deliberately, and what your browser sends automatically.

   • Enquiries: when you submit a form, we receive your name, work email, company and the message you write.
   • Server logs: our servers record the IP address, browser user agent, requested page and timestamp of each request. These are kept for security and troubleshooting.
   • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 records page views and general usage, such as which pages are visited, roughly where visitors are located and which site referred them.

   What we do not collect

   We do not use advertising cookies, we do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell or rent personal data. Google Signals and ad personalisation are switched off in our analytics configuration.

   Why we use it

   We use the data above to:

   • Answer your enquiry and, if it leads to work, prepare a proposal.
   • Keep the site available and protect it against abuse.
   • Understand which content is useful so we can improve it.

   Cookies and local storage

   Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visitor from another. Your browser also stores two small preferences locally: the light or dark theme you chose, and a marker that the opening animation has already played in this session. Those two never leave your device.

   You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site works without them; only the analytics measurement is affected.

   Who else sees it

   We share data only with the providers that run this site and our communications:

   • Cloudflare — content delivery and protection against attacks.
   • Google — analytics measurement.
   • Our email and hosting infrastructure, which carries and stores enquiry messages.

   How long we keep it

   Enquiries are kept for 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. Analytics data is retained for 14 months, the setting on our Google Analytics property. Server logs are kept for 30 days, which is what troubleshooting and abuse investigation need. If an enquiry becomes a contract, the records belonging to that contract are kept for as long as the agreement and the applicable accounting rules require.

   Your rights

   You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address below and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you are in a jurisdiction that grants additional rights, such as the EU or the UK, those rights apply to you as well.

8. 08

   Changes

   If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
